Here is where I attempt to blog about Julianne Hough for 100 days straight. This was inspired by Allie Jones’ 500 blogs on Kristin Cavallari, a much funnier read.
In February 2013, Julianne Hough graced the cover of Cosmo, where she opened up about the abuse she faced while dancing in London as a pre-teen and teenager.
However, when she turned 15, she wanted to return to Utah and give up on her professional dancing career in London and go to a normal high school. She tells Cosmo that everyone thought she was crazy.
“You can kind of hear the quiver in my voice….” She pauses but only a beat. She’s going to nail this move, even if her ankle is broken and her feet blistered. “This is the farthest I’ve ever gotten into my London situation,” she says. “I was told if I ever went back to the United States, three things were going to happen. One: I was going to amount to nothing. Two: I was going to work at Whataburger. And three: I was going to end up a slut. So, it was like, I can’t go back. I have to be this person.”
